Overview

Introducing the world famous Kauai downhill bike ride! One of the best things to do in Kauai.

Venture into Kauai’s stunning beauty and make it the most memorable day on the island! Explore secluded views away from massive crowds of the Waimea Canyon, waterfalls and forbidden island. Discover the legends, local folklore and fauna before having the most fun you’ll ever have on two wheels. For the second half of your adventure, gear up to take on an exhilarating downhill bike ride along the Waimea Canyon into the breeze of the pacific, conquering 3326 feet to sea level. These will be the memories that will have you bragging to friends and family for years to come.

What to Expect

Get ready for one of Kauaʻi’s most scenic and adrenaline-filled experiences.

Begin the journey with a guided van ride through Waimea Canyon, stopping along the way to admire panoramic views, off the beaten path lookouts, and vibrant island landscapes.

This is NOT a mountain bike experience. We ride on a public road with local traffic, pulling off the road completely to let accumulated traffic go by, and then resume cruising downhill.

If you're comfortable, you can pick up the pace on the second stretch while enjoying the cool mountain air and breathtaking views.

The experience is more than just a bike ride—it's a fully guided adventure filled with history, connection, and the spirit of Kauaʻi.

Finish your journey with a magical sunset at Kekaha Beach, where golden light meets the waves of the Pacific for a perfect photo opportunity.

We ride on public asphalt road with local traffic. We stay as a group in single file. One guide leading the pace and the van following the group at all times. During the ride we can encounter oncoming traffic, wildlife, deteriorating road conditions such as potholes, cracks on the road, uneven surfaces, wet and slick surfaces due to weather or other conditions. At times the gap between riders and the tour guide can be significant and visual contact might not be possible. Call the tour operator directly for full details.
